September Quarterly Top 5

 

Well I guess I might technically be breaking the rules a bit. Although, I hope no one will mind since I am the photographer behind the photos. It is really hard to take pictures of your 14 year old Border Collie, who these days just really lays around the house and doesn’t do much unless it is on our morning walks. So I turn to our friends kids who live next door to be the center of my attention for photos. I have watched them grow up so I think I have (children) camera rights…LOL!!! Hopefully this is alright with everyone. If not I am sorry!

Without further ado here are my top 5 pictures.

The photo above was taken on July 22, 2012. Lauren has frosting all over her face because she stuck her finger in her sisters Spider Man cake. I told her to freeze so that I could take her photo…She did exactly that with a huge smile on her face…Love this little girl!

 

This photo was taken on August 19, 2012. It was on my birthday. Our neighbors invited us over to celebrate her older daughters birthday (the one in the middle) and my birthday. I got breakfast, lunch and dinner that birthday. It was a great birthday. The little ones were more excited to tear into the cake, I was more excited to take their photo…I won, only because I don’t like cake…I am a pie girl…Although I splurged I had a small piece of cake this year…

This was taken on September 8, 2012, Lauren’s first soccer game. I just love the expression on her face. She was hot and miserable, although she did score two goals, two assists and stole the ball twice…She had a great day!

This photo was taken on September 14, 2012, at a Mehndi Party. Mehndi is a party for woman to get henna art on are body before an Indian wedding we attended the next day. Ally was just so innocently riding this bike scooter thing..she looks like she is just in trance day dreaming. I love this photo and her mom loved it as well.

 

This photo was taken on September 21, 2012. I took homecoming pictures earlier that night for her older sister. Ally wanted in on the fun, so she was cheesing it up for the camera. Sorry it is a bit blurry she kept giving me different poses my camera couldn’t keep up. I love the expression on her face though and that tiny teeth smile.
